1. Introduction

Welcome to 7 Pluz Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting your information, scheduling a consultation, or using our credit repair services through our Dispute Fox, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with any purchases or submit personal information.

2. Services Provided

Disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information with the credit bureaus.
Providing guidance on rebuilding credit and improving credit habits.
Offering access to credit monitoring and educational tools.

All services are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all applicable laws.

3. Payment Terms

Credit repair service costs $175 monthly, $400 for 2 rounds, $500 for 3 rounds.
After those rounds, service continues at $120 per month.
Credit monitoring is required at $24.95/month, billed separately.
Payments are due upfront before work begins.
Once disputes have been submitted to the credit bureaus, payments are non-refundable.

By paying for services, you authorize 7 Pluz Club to perform the described credit repair activities on your behalf.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and truthful personal and credit information.
Maintain active credit monitoring access during the entire process.
Respond promptly to communications or requests for documentation.
Avoid applying for new credit irresponsibly during the repair process.

Failure to maintain credit monitoring or communication may delay or suspend your service.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While 7 Pluz Club works diligently to improve your credit profile, no specific results or score increases are guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the accuracy of your credit data, creditor responses, and your personal credit habits.

6. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive calls, emails, and text messages from 7 Pluz Club regarding your account, progress updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP.”

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your credit repair service at any time by emailing [email protected]. Once a payment has been processed for a round or monthly service, it is non-refundable. Future billing will stop after your cancellation request is received and confirmed.

8. Limitation of Liability

7 Pluz Club is not responsible for:

Delays or actions by credit bureaus or creditors.
Denials from lenders or financial institutions.
Any damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Agreement

By submitting your information or making a payment through 7 Pluz Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
